Yes! The Kingdom of Kallos welcomes all nations interested in diplomatic relations. However we have a few requirements for recognition of other nations, 1 the nation must be at least 1 year in age and 2 the nation must not be based upon racial supremacy as we see this as contrary to our nation's values.
